Just got done reading many of the discussion topics and we're still excited about moving into Sage Creek. We discovered a hidden treasure a little over a month ago, and signed a contract a week later!
We're building on Wooded Creek (Avenue or Lane, depending on whose map!) and hope to see activity real soon now.
We've never lived in an HOA-area, but after reading ALL the CC&R, I'm confident this one is a GOOD ONE!
I look forward to meeting our neighbors and BOD as soon as we're ''officially'' in.
I'd love to chat with other Phase 8 owners, seems we have a lot of options for Internet, TV, phones, etc....
