Problems
I signed up with $20 cut in April. They cut my front yard twice and back yard once. They never weeded my flower beds as they had contracted to do and did not show up when promised to mow. I terminated the service May 2nd. I was told by Richard Groter (the owner) I would get a refund credited to my credit card. I have been calling Richard repeatedly since May about my credit to my credit card. He kept telling me he had placed the order for the credit. Finally on Aug 4 he told me he would be by my house with the credit card information so we could get this corrected. Instead, Richard stuck a check in my front door. The payee was not filled in. I guess he wasn't concerned that someone might steel the check since it was post dated Aug 13. His note on the back of the check reads ''please call Rich - I had an emergency! 469-360-0442.'' I am not sure the bank will honor the check since he wrote below the line that states ''do not write below this line'' and his note was below the line. Richard Groter is real slick!
