Why can't we get enough members of the community to attend community meetings?

Hello, my name is Wanda Walker.  I'm trying to become a member of this Association.  I want to have a meet and greet/pot luck dinner at my home.  I'm hoping to get enough people out, so that we can get to know our neighbors.  Maybe this will help. The two tenative dates that I'm looking at is Sat., Sept. 27th or Oct. 4th. from 3pm-7pm.
