Hope your noise problems are fixed soon with Groves advise....just remember, you're the association, too.  :)  Welcome to the club of frustration, but hopefully, if we work together we can get a handle on the local issues.

hugabby, don't know why you find it your responsibility to reply to all my questions. you always smart off. I was satisfied with Grove11's reply. And regardless of what you say, WE'RE NOT PART OF ASSOC!!!!! Refuse to be, cause of responses like your's....... AND as said before, it's not as stated in our homeowners papers,  assoc. was to take care of upholding the "rules".Don't think of the service people as giving us the right to complain...... but as keeping our freedom.I'll complain as needed,( since  I pay for my puter & elec.

Neigh, you take things way too seriously.  Lighten up...it's all good.  You're a home owner, you are the association...sorry, that's a fact.   Our forefathers did give you the right to complain, as I sometimes complain, be thankful for that.  Be happy...hope to see you at the yard sale

P.S.  It's a public site, and I thought Groves response was very informative, hope you took her advise and you're problems were/or will be soon resolved. be happy!

As I said, don't need your senseless in put hug. I have done all the "things"  Grove suggested..... no response! So YOU lighten up..... and for the 100th time, IAM NOT PART OF ASSOC. And glad of it after i heard how the "so called meetings go". Real laugh. And as for dues... not us. I know people that have moved out 4 yrs. ago....no leins. ( another joke) and won't see me at any sale.. ;0)
