Present: Officers - Sgt. Richard Decker; Officer Tony Mattingly; Bob Davison (Sam); Randy Heady (Old North Church); Donnie Faulkner (Old Towne); Linda Duncan, Sharon Nash, Tim Nash

Officers present were asked to check on cars parked in the turn-around at the end of Old North Church Rd. - on activity at the bar in the Citgo strip mall area - on speeding on Enterprise.

Officers report very little criminal activity in Yorktown North - just a few car break-ins; some eggings; small drug activity; scooters in the streets

Officers suggest parents be reminded, at the Annual Meeting, of the risks of kids in the streets on scooters. Research possibility of assigning scooter permits instead of criminal complaints against offenders.

Also suggest:
Butler principal be contacted when eggings occur.
Contact ABC to check on the bar

Streetlight not working properly at 7407 Old North Church Rd.
Remind all Block Watch participants to walk their sections on Halloween night.
