General Meeting

Minutes correction on Aaron Walters' name - minutes approved

TReasurer's Report - Bank balance as of April 24 - $37,489.69.

Old Business:

Check on phone - (Donnie moved; Murry seconded) -passed; Southend Answering Service will be contacted.

Lake Clean-up Day - June 9 - 9:00 a.m.

Muskrats - P7R has a man who will rid them. Donnie reports finding smoke bombs at Tractor Supply that will get them away if we need this


New Business:

Ken George is turning over deed to three sidewalk strips of land leading to the lakes. Donnie is checking on the progress of this. Our accountant is locating the deed and will be sending that to Ken G. for his signature.

Weed-eating lake lots being pursued by Murry (?) with P&R

Vicki reports that MSD is planning to put in a six-foot pipe in the big ditch, and that will result in the draining of our lakes. MSD is coming to meet with us in July. Sharon asked if MSD will repair erosion affecting backyards that back up to the lake.
