Minutes for October 18,2007

Present: Charles Owen, Vicki Welch, Bob Davison, Bill Morris (alt.for Billy) Linda Duncan, Mark Osborn, Martin Rothman

Absent: Donnie Faulkner, Billy Vincent, Murry Herrel

The Minutes for September were read and approved; the Treasurer's Report was read and approved (Martin made motion to approve; Bob seconded - passed) As of September 25, 2007, we have $27,911.91 in our account.


Old Business:

We decided to wait on having trees planted in the spaces along National Turnpike until we get bids for extending the irrigation line along the highway from the Old Towne entrance to the ditch.

Our curfew signs are to be ready by Saturday for the Annual Meeting to show residents what we are going to be adding to the Block Watch signs.

Hotline - Martin has agreed to check the Hotline number each week and report to Charles any messages.


New Business:

Annual Meeting October 20 - Vicki will take care of donuts and coffee; all meet at 8:30 to set up tables and chairs.
