Dec 10, 2006

Guests: Brian Johns - wants Board to put wood-rail fence along his lakeside property farther back instead of our proposed chain-link fence.

P&R Lawncare and Landscaping - wants direction on how we want the entrance islands decorated for the holidays. That decided, the Board directed P&R to trim trees beside the big ditch at the Sam entrance and further trim out the brush and around the tree where the water flows under National Turnpike into our lake. The Board also directed P&R to salt our entrances when icy conditions occur.

Minutes for the October meeting were approved (Bob moved, Mike seconded - all approved,
as was the Treasurer's Report, which showed a bank balance of $28,233.42 as of October 25, 2006.

Old Business:

Our Holiday Dinner will be held at South Park Country Club December 14 at 6:oo p.m. Carol moved, Bob seconded the motion to invite any alternate who has attended 50% or more of our meetings during the past year. Christie Van Buren, our alternate who falls into that category, is invited to our dinner.

New Business:

It was decided to put a four-rail wood fence the entire length of Mr. Johns' property because it would look better than the chain link. It was also decided to let our landscapers walk the fence-line and give us (Mark) an estimate on the cost of clearing out the brush along the old fence. Once that is settled, we will ask P&R for an estimate on extending the fence about 760 feet to the ditch. It was also suggested that we check to see if Mr. Johns owes double dues on this property since it is more than one lot. Charles will check.

Vicki moved, Martin seconded that we have Mr. Hudson, our electrician, put in a new panel bos holding 12 breakers at the Sam entrance island, at a cost of $765. Approved.

Vicki suggested we purchase some No Trespassing signs from Phelps' Hardware to nail to our fence along National Turnpike. Charles agreed to get these signs and put them on the fence.

Adjourned: 8:35 p.m.
Next meeting - December 14 - 6:00 p.m. - South Park Country Club
