Present: Charles Owen, Carol Kidd, Tim Hardy, Vicki Welch, Linda Duncan, Robert Davison (alt. for Jimmy Hickey, Mark Osborn (alt. for Dennis Hamilton).

Absent without representation: Jeff Johnson, Tom Jones

Minutes for March were read and approved. The Treasurer's report was not ready for this meeting.


Old Business:

Willow trees for the lake - Dennis (absent tonight) is working on this with Aaron Clark.

New streetlights - Tim has written an explanation of the composition and efficiency of our new lights, and this is to go into our April neighborhood newsletter.

Entrance lights and sprinklers - Dennis will be checking with Aaron on these.

Banners - Bob and Mark will be putting these back up on April 17.

Multi-family residence issue - The police checked on this residence, and now the house is empty and for sale.

Incorporating - Vicki found that we ARE incorporated and have been since 1978. We are already eligible for some metro services and grant application.

April Neighborhood Newsletter - Vicki prepared this and brought it to the meeting for a final reading. Charles will be getting this run off so we can meet Saturday, April 17, at 9:00 a.m. at First Stop to divide up streets and distribute the newsletter.
