Signs - J.C. Speagle sent models of our proposed new sign, having a 10-year guarantee, being aluminum so no-rust, and increasing height to 10-feet. Stop signs will be attached to the posts of the street signs. He will re-paint the old street signs at a cost of $75 per sign. J.C. and his brother will install, drtting posts in concrete.
