I am looking for any information regarding city zoning code or ordinances in Cuyahoga Falls for maintaining beehives in the yard of a home.  We just bought a house in Cuyahoga Falls and shortly after moving in realized the neighbor behind us has beehives housed in boxes behind his yard.  I have been told by multiple neighbors that it has caused problems and many people have been stung.  I spoke with the man who houses the bees and he seems to have no intention of removing them.  I read through the city's zoning code and cannot find anything pertaining to bees.  I was able to find ordinances for bees in other cities in our area including Akron, Cleveland, and Parma.  I also found ordinance for bees from other states.  

Is anyone else having this problem also?  Is anyone interested in trying to help create an ordinance for this? Does anyone know if there already is an ordinance and I just cannot find it?
