bad driving habits

By valley residents did they mean people from 39th street down? If so then we deserve the tickets too. I think the majority of people drive correctly. I know someone called in to the police info on a car driving recklessly on the 400 block of 41st street the other day. The driver does not live here but consistently visits at a location on the 400 block. She deserved the ticket. The police will come if we get the plate and they will issue tickets. Maybe with enough tickets we can get residents and visitors behavor to change.

It was more like people from 40th Street down. All residents of that area.

I am not sure who the driver of the red car was but her passenger was from 415 north 41st. I did not see the police stop the car I just observed the citation being issued and the really young girl (about 13-14) was the passenger. I am not sure if this is the same incident that everyone else is being talked about. I am sure there are wayyyyy more speeders than this girl.

THE YOUNG GIRL HAD BEEN DRIVING PRIOR TO THE COPS STOPPIN THEM.
THEY WERE DRIVING VERY RECKLESSLY AND COULD HAVE HIT SOME KID IF THEY HAD BEEN IN THE STREET ON A BIKE OR SOMETHING.
