IDENTITY FRAUD

I am sorry if there is confusion, the person i am referring to is some one who is claiming to be the VPCA. Whether or not he is, I don't know? As far as handeling things as I see fit, as I said, I called the police! But this person seems to think he is above the law, because I have seen him doing the same thing. I am not the only person that has a problem with this man! I have talked to alot of people in this neighborhood, who seem to be tired of him, doing what he sees fit! Like I said I am sorry if I was misunderstood, by saying the VPCA, but his exact words were I am the EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR OF THE VALLEY PARK NEIGHBORHOOD ASSOCIATION! So I'm sure if this is not true, there will probably be more complaints about the VPCA.
