Welcome to the friendly Linden Lake neighborhood
One of the finest and oldest neighborhoods in the Fort Collins metro area.. our Linden Lake HOA community is a wonderful diverse and friendly location for 64 families that have access to many trails/pathways, common areas, recreaation area and a lake that provides for boating, swimming, and fishing. All of this is within 2 miles of downtown Fort Collins and within 5 - 10 minutes of several shopping areas and an elementary school within walking distance.
