I purchased Unit #502 in March of 2006 and lived in it until January of 2007 when I put it up for sale.  I was unable to sell the unit for about a year after which time I rented it to some wonderful tenants (Adria Renee Hernandez and Roberto Gandara).

I am the guy who at the end of the meeting on Jan 12, 2010 spoke rather bluntly to Chris Haynes.  I realize that there are some people who thought I might have been out of line, but in retrospect I believe I wasn't rude enough.  I will be elaborating my position and attitude in relationship to TVO Corp in the near future.
