Our History (Alisa, Joe & Jerry)

Alisa and I moved to Colorado from Washington, DC seeking a more comfortable lifestyle. We found Joe, our dog, at MaxFund soon after moving to Montclair. Alisa works downtown creating & servicing software for the human resources indusrty. With a real estate advertising background I began selling custom homes for a local builder and subsequently obtained my real estate license and have partnered with Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage.

Montclair Living (+ James)

Being in real estate since we have moved to Montclair, we have not found a better neighborhood. Recently we added James Anthony to our family and everyone is doing just fine. I wanted to become more involved in my community so I joined the HMCAI as an At-Large Board Member and volunteered to become the advertising director for our newsletter. Have you seen the Molkery lately!

Lowry / Issues

We are very pleased with how Lowry has been developed. The new Town Center with shops, restaurant is great. The new Montclair Recreation Center is even more impressive, especially since we now have James to play with! The traffic issues on 8th Ave. and Quebec are up for discussion. Also the pop-tops, renovations and scrape-offs are an interesting topic.
