Last night between 9 and 10 pm we noticed someone casing out cars in the 3900 block of west Clybourn Street.
Best description is a black or hispanic male with shoulder or a little longer than shoulder length black hair, and a white muscle shirt. He was looking into the cars trying to be un-noticed.
We made our presence noticed and he booked up the hill like his feet were on fire.
We've also noticed a larger amount of people mostly young males walking around the neighborhood after 11 pm. It's a very noticeable. Don't know what they are up to but it's kind of suspicious.
