Lots of Compliments/Calls

Just want you all to know we have received many compliments/calls regarding the renovation that began on the Old Chicks Building on 40th and St. Paul.
That's pretty amazing in that so much has been done in only one week of ownership!
Please support the new owners of propertys efforts, it appears they are really trying to make a huge improvement in the neighborhood.

looks good but,...

The improvments look great, but who owns the building now and what are there plans for it? Let's hope it does'nt turn out to be a building like some of them on 39th street. Fixing it up is great, but if they fill it with low lifes...not good. Could the VPCA find out more on the owners and there plans for this property. It's too easy to fix something up and rent it to make there money back.
