On the 17th there is a posting about trash/stealing identities. Yesterday my husband caught one of our neighbors dumping their garbage into our green containters. If the garbage was in a trash bag, we wouldn't have cared. But the trash wasn't bagged up. We now have put all of our containers in our yard.
