The other day I was looking out the window and spotted a skate boarder standing next to my nieghbors car. I stood up and opened my blinds and saw him drop a rock. Yes he was not up to anything good. I called my neighbor and let her know. I'm not sure what all we can do to prevent this.
Also I'm not sure how many people are aware that we have a recycling trash bin please start using it ; ) Thanks
