4433 Stanton

The infestation of roaches and ants around  4433 North Stanton has gotten way out of hand.  The vacant condos are littered with dead and live roaches, which come into the homes of other residents.  I have complained to the office, but with no avail.  I am told that it is the responsibilty of the residents.  I have had exterminators, however the problem still persists.  This is a huge health issue.  I am tired of coming home and finding the BIGGEST roaches I have EVER seen in my life.  I have lived here for a year and half.  The condo next door to me has been vacant since I have been here.  I went over last night and saw tons of dead and live roaches, an area where someone had urinated on and filth.  I called the office this morning and was told quite simply that it is the owners' responsibilty and it would be brought up at the members board meeting. THAT'S IT????!!!!  I did take pictures and am going to report this to the Board of Health. 

Forget about your BOARD taken care of your problem.

All they know how to do is blame TVO about everything.

Jesus continues this he can smooth things over with a meet and greet, what a joke.

If we want to accomplish anything, each condon owner will have to take matters into their own hands, but please remember we STILL MUST PAY OUR HOA FEES.......

This is a one-sided deal, they make the rules and the condo owners pay.
