Some officers do not like to police in their own home area. Next time it happens call the police and explain how they are driving the go carts. I think the Board has no authority to stop these kids. Pedan can do nothing except forward it on to the police. 574-2111 is the number for the non emergency desk.

LMPD policy

I will say its against LMPD policy to police your own neighborhood....Unless its a true life threatening emergency. I would like to see LMPD hire off duty officers told patrol AppleValley for the summer months....There are Dozens of small cities that employee off duty police. I think Apple valley should be one of a few neighborhood associations that do the same. If they hire an officer for 3 hours a night, 5 days a week for 10 weeks will only cost $3750.00 and I promise it will make 100% difference with speeding and loud music
