This is a follow-up to our previous conversation at the May 14th Talk to Greg event and a few subsequent emails.  Please accept our invitation to come talk with local residents who will be directly impacted by the Frontgate Apartments proposal at 7411 Outer Loop.  We look forward to meeting with you in July. 

Possible time and dates proposed:  10:00am to noon on either Saturday, July 14th or Saturday, July 28th.

following up on invitation to Mayor Fischer - Outer Loop subsidized housing problem

Mr. Bingham:   This proposal will require that a Category 3 Review be granted, and the applicant formally filed an application for this proposal yesterday afternoon. The application that was filed yesterday is attached to this email.  This application will be reviewed by staff planners and ultimately by the Development Review Committee.  The Committee will then conduct a public meeting and make the decision to either grant or deny the Category 3 proposal.  You will be notified of the date, time and location of this public meeting.  As previously communicated, you may continue to express your opposition to the proposal to the case manager, Latondra Yates, who is copied on this email and who you have had previous communication with.  Latondra is taking into consideration your concerns and will share them with the committee that will ultimately decide on the case. In addition, you are welcome to attend the public meeting on this case, and voice your concerns directly to committee members. Again, I have your postal mail address from previous email correspondence,  and will forward you notice of the public meeting on this proposal.
