Cul de Sac

I am personally involved in the process of having the cul de sacs landscaped. With help from a fellow neighbor, which I have already thanked on this forum. With unfortunate situations in Board members leaving, this has left Dwight and the Board with little help since November. This is why I stepped up into the Secretary position in February. Keep your eyes open, soon you will see cleaner and more colorful cul de sacs, and lights up front. Your input is welcome with any ideas for these cul de sacs. We are drawing the plans right now.
My Hero

Now Mr. Self is definitely my hero. First he ran the board with 4 months of precipitation, then he saved us all from two hurricanes, then he fixed a neighbor's roof in the rain!!

PS. I have a great fountain idea. All we need is a hose and some lubricant.
recorded meeting

''Robert'', you said this:

''Mr. Self I will also like to point out that you have made one point that the other camp has yet to respond to, and that is: Has the board followed through with its end of the agreement with the cul-de-sac.''

I see that Mr Hebert has responded back saying that $1000 has been budgeted to get that done, along with planting flowers. (Really, how much did anyone expect to get done in the landscaping department during the winter months?)

Your question has been graciously answered and put to rest by Mr Hebert. Now let's see if Mr Self can answer this one.

The previous board has brought to our attention that the meeting in question in regards to the cul-de-sac was recorded. Now, a question for Mr Self: Where is the tape?
