I have a problem with someone renting their house in our neighborhood. Show me where it says in the Association By-Laws that this is legal? Rentals can cause property values to deflate even more in this subdivsion.

According to the restrictions, is IS legal to rent out the homes in Audubon Trace; however, the BOARD is going to get legal advice toward amending the restrictions to disallow renting. |

The board did contact Don Beard attorney which stated the homeowner is within their rights and nothing can be done to stop this. |
