 YEARLY DUES  ARE OVERDUE  PLEASE MAKE YOUR PAYMENT TO PREVENT ANY OTHER COURSE OF ACTION NOTICES WENT OUT AUG. 2010 TO EVERY HOMEOWNER  ITS BEEN 6 MONTHS  20 STILL HAVE NOT PAID.

It is probably due to the fact that none of the restrictions are being enforced. I propose a petition to dissolve the board and abolish the HOA.

Danny these problems were here long before you and alot of others in the subdivision were here.  I appreciate all your effort and work.  It will just take some time to get the issues straight because they were inherited from the developer.  The problem was the ATPOA took over without making the developer fix what was wrong from the get go before turning it over.  Its not an easy situation.
