Audubon Trace POA

Has the association been dissolved? Since there was no election, the "interim" board has no authority. An "interim" treasurer has no legal right to cash checks! Maybe it's for the state attorney general to investigate ATPOA.

Reguarding the post about the Association . I think the ones in charge are doing the best they can without the remarks made by others .they have tried in good faith to do right and find other people to serve on the board .Its sad to see a few in this neighborhood to take cheap shots at this board. Also it would be great to see some step up and see how some people really are.I know first hand after serving that you can't make everyone happy as some like to really show their butt . Its your subdivision  only the homeowners can make it work by taking pride but there are some that don't care what they do or say about others. Without the dues no more electricity lighting in front entrance or fountains no water for watering plants no liabilty insurance for lakes etc. If some were involved they would know this. I have sat back and watched as certain ones in the neighborhood speed through knowing speed signs are clearly there and they see them but still speed. It would be great to see more get involved and attend meetings but that does not happen and when change comes at the meeting the first ones to gripe are the ones that don't attend. I certainly have got to know my neighbors very well in here & its sad that a few bad apples try to ruined it for everyone . I have kept to myself in all the present dealings going on .I still remain active in cutting the front entrance for nothing its called pride. Also I still remain active with the Parish & State goverments on new projects coming to our area & district . I wish all of you well in Living In Audubon Trace.
