Why is Bartlett donating time to Circle C as a BOD for the past 16 years?

Is he just a good guy with a lot of time on his hands? Are all the BOD positions in his neighborhhod taken?

Well, he's a BOD here, so he can make money by paving the way for his development plans. Remember south Escarpment that is being built (with your city tax dollars)?

''Steve Bartlett of the Bartlett Group is listed as the developer for the more than 2,400 acres in the MUD applications (just south of Circle C). Bartlett couldn't be reached for comment.''

What kind of ''development'' cut is Bartlett getting on all the current slaughter/escarpment development? Is this in your best interest, or Steve Bartlett's best interest?

$teve is in control...so I'd say he's doing just fine.

Nobody cares

Seems to me that so many of the Homeowners who live here don't care about anything except their own little worlds. By this I mean that it is only a handful that ever comment. You can't stop this kind of manipulation of a developer unless residents get how this will impact their pocket books and hurt their own resale values

Oh Brother !

It doesn'nt mean that Steve is a bad guy. Why don't you call him up and try to get together socially? He's been fighting for Circle C a lot for a long time. Try reading the history of this place.

I ask the ''Info Center''

I ask the ''Info Center'' about the card that was hand delivered to my door today.

CCHOA,

I received a hand delivered message (to my door) today about a celebration. Who paid for the printing, and delivery of this card?

Was the CC Golf Course Grill charged anything for the advertisement on the card? If so, how much?

This is a CCHOA sponsored event, I believe the card stated that.
