Pool

I don't think that anybody used any bad language. Seems like you are defending the pool and the teams
What is in question she says....

What is in question is that you are posting hateful, offensive, and objectionable language on this site she says?…

Well there is NOTHING hateful, offensive or objectionable my post!

It is the way I feel about the use of the pool and I am CERTAIN that many other homeowners feel the same way EXCEPT many think that it is the way it is ?‘cause that?’s the way it?’s been!

What is not fair to the majority of homeowners is that either swim teams or outsiders dominate our pool. Spending OUR HOA assessment money to HEAT a pool when it's cool so the teams can swim is insane! I am so glad that this is AMERICA, where we still can express our thoughts.

You have that freedom as well, and nobody is trying to stifle you under the guise of bad language or trying to sound like Ms. Perfect!
You suck

You suck.

LET'S GET BACK ON TRACK!

Don't let those silly ''swim team mom's'' run your discussion off track....The Pool Poles were put up for the Swim Team.

It's a for profit group that only paid $10,000.00 last year for the use of the Circle C pool (don't take my word for it...check your annual report). The residents paid well over $230,000.00 last year for the pool upkeep and life guards. But, the do residents get a fraction of the pool to use while the swim teams takes the majority.

The 3 poles with 9 lights (and many lines for weights) were put up without approval from residents or the CC Architectural & Review committee. They're so pretty, I want some too!

Similar poles in your front yard would need to get approval from CC Architectural & Review committee. FYI: Susan Hoover runs the Architectural & Review committee. She also hires herself to do the job of an architect to approve Architectural elements in Circle C (again see your annual report under ''Inspection and review services''...that's her getting paid! Yea!

Oh, did I mention the Swim Team is 1/2 owned by a trust of Bradley's?

So, how can these lights be OK if so many residents have complained? Isn't the pool supposed to be the residents first? Don't we pay for the pool?
