Lisa

Lisa, a single woman who's name you used contacted us and was very concerned for her safety,. Apparently there has been burglaries close to her home. Please try to have a little understanding.

Here is a portion of her email:

''I've been notified by a couple of people that my name and address are listed on the circlec.cc web site as an example of home owner who have overpaid on dues.? I? request that you remove my name? and? address from the web site. Use of my name and address is an? exposure? that draws attention to me and my home.? I consider this a? personal? security risk.''

For Lisa....

Lisa, what you originally stated was:
?“Based on my study of 50 homes built between the Year of 1995 and Year 1999, the fee calculated with the MARKET VALUE was about 15% - 25% higher than the fee calculated with the ASSESSED VALUE. 1/3 of the above 50 homes were being overcharged.?”

Your revised statement was: ?“I stand by what I have said. I had studied 50 homes at Circle C North, and 1/3 of them have been overcharged of the Association dues for the last couple years. I have hard evidence.?”

You edited your original statement to include ?“North?” and lied by saying it was your original statement.

This is the type of deception and half truth that I am learning is your trademark. Your original statement while not a direct lie was a clear deception to give the visitors to this website the impression that you had a representative sample of 50 homes from the different areas of Circle C.

Since you didn?’t repost to the original thread of ?“Overcharged HOA Dues?” I will summarize my last post to you so that you understand what I was talking about when I said the assessment cap was set at $164,000. Take the $410 assessment divide it by .25 and multiply by 100. What you get is a property value of $164,000 which is the maximum amount of value subject to assessment.

Finally, I didn?’t post my name and or address because I don?’t want people showing up at my house unannounced like Bill Gammon did to a friend of mine. I haven?’t talked to her about his visit but I can honestly say that I don?’t need that in my life.
