The bill received states that the ''Community Manager Contact Person is Eric Grden''. It states on the letter to call her or the ''associate Manager Pam Lawson''. Contacting either person would be great to express concern abou the bill. Number on the letter is 302-227-8448. One of the 2 should hopefully be able to give us answers.

Yes I saw this. We have 2 contacts Pam Lawson & Erica Grden both names where on the letter (bill). I plan on calling today and talking to first Ms. Grden she is the one I heard lives in the development. Then chatting with Ms. Lawson. Want to know why if she also lives in the HILL why didn't she make everyone aware of whats going on. This not happening gives me a bad feeling (whats in it for her)They are working for us not the other way around.

I wish you luck. When I called Pam, she really didn't have much information to give. She thought that Lacrosse Home ran the show and that I didn't have any input yet. I told her that I had spoken to Lacrosse Homes earlier and they had said that they no longer ran the association.

You can call and vent, but the problems seems to be they don't know what is going on and they are doing a poor job of communicating to us.

Pam' lack of caring is a concern of mine. Her attitude got me angry.
