City of Bellemeade

There is nothing to like about the new website. They only put it in to shut up the debate on issues.  But, a friend told me that the mayor (larryl) told him that he favored forums but the city commissioners were opposed to them.  In fact, laryryl told him that in an email the way I understand it.  So, I guess it is time to elect new commissioners; do you hear me Reba, Steve, John, Cindy, Mrs Grignon, Barbara, Bob, Lowell, Tom, David, Kevin, Halle, Miss Muff, somebody?

Maybe it is time to put some fresh faces in there; even in the seats of the ones who are doing a goo job.  Reba you know you and Kitty put so much heat on the commission and the mayor that they had to abandon the site.  Bob, has worked hard on the new site, but to have no open forum for residents is pure BS.  That's John Miller's stand.

As far as running for the commission, mmmm, maybe, but I have been so busy getting well and teaching concealed carry basic and instructor courses that I don't know about that. I have been asked more than once to please run against Larry but that is almost 3 years away.  Truth is that at this point, I believe just about anybody could beat him.  Another truth is that there are people that don't like me, but that merely makes us even, I don't like them either.

I did post the url for this site on my facebook page to let people know that there was one place voices could be heard, 

In my quest to improve my health, I have lost 15 pounds; proud of myself!!

And oh,I forgot to mention/ask:  when is the Neighborhood Block Party?  The answer may be posted on that new site but I didn't read it and Miss Muff and Mr Stewart, you are right about way too much information being posted there - information that older/living alone residents could be endangered by.  Larry, what were you thinking?
