How do you feel about the K-Mart/Bonnie Brook Development?

K-Mart Project

My greatest fear is related to the amount of flooding that may occur due to the new construction. The potential for ''flooding problems'' is going to be addressed just enough to pull the wool over our eyes.

It's my opinion that this K-Mart project is so politically motivated that the people of the neighborhood may have no solid voice in turning this project back. Trust I'm wrong.

Another concern is that should K-Mart not get the traffic it needs to stay open, ''there goes the neighborhood.'' We've lost our greenery and now we have an empty building or buildings.
