What a good sight it is coming into our subdivision from Powell Road and Seldom Seen. What a discusting mess it is coming in from Sawmill Road.

Not the entrance per say, but the homeowners that boarder the fence.
Should we all praise them for their lack of responsibility to the rest of the homeowners, or accept their
contempt to the deed restrictions they agreed to when they purchased the property.

It makes me sick to see people neglect their property. For what, $50 a year in weed control?

When will we as a community, those of us who care and pay what it takes to maintain our homes and property not rise up against the people who don't give a s--- about where they live or how they live.

I understand your frustration. I suggest you:

1. Set an example by presenting a beautiful yard.

2. Maybe make constructive suggestions to neighbors who may need help. Such as recommending Chemlawn or the right products to use.

Get real! If anyone living here doesn't know about a lawn service how stupid can they be?

I agree we all need to set a good example and I do. Trust me!

I believe some people do it just to spite, or can't get off their couch to get it done.

Once again, a few spoil it for the majority.

If you read this board and don't maintain your yard, what are your thoughts about property values based on appearence?

The first thing a realitor will tell you is clean up your yard if you want it to sell!!

Mess on Sawmill at Big Bear

I agree. It has been like that
for the past several years. Several
of the homes off Big Bear from
Sawmill are a disgrace. The yards
are full of dandelions, have bare
spots and weeds knee high. It makes
me very angry and embarrassed that
these few homeowners make the neighborhood look so low-class and
trashy. Why can't we fine them?
