1.concerning the hiring of tom Reynolds
by the town for a job at water and sewer that he has no credentials for:
-you are setting a precedence that the town will allow incompetence and therefore any candidate in the future
to apply for any position and will feel confident that as long as enough people vouch for them they're in. no point to a job description. oh,by the way what happens when John McMahon
leaves or is terminated from his position prior to Toms Whalen and Reynolds being accredited? there is a history here of directors leaving before their term is up one way or another.does this put the town in a bind either financially or legally?
how about any state mandate regarding
compliance by town officials that requires a engineers' license?
whomever allowed this breach of ethics
at town hall has put the community in
peril and should be considered a fraud.
(from now on water and sewer can be
referred to as the three headed monster
or the john and tom tom club)
2.what ever became of the executive secretary? will this issue ever be resolved?is she still pursuing other
job opportunities on the towns dime?
at 104,000/year salary i believe she should be giving the town her undivided
attention regardless of any other considerations.she could always resign
to chase the money.that's never stopped anyone in the past.

sure have their job cut out for them.
giving away the money no one has to those whom they think deserve it because its fair and equitable.if the alloted town revenue is insufficient to support the present budget how could
anyone support raises or overrides? to fund salary increases? for anyone?what do you guys do at home?honey,we are a little short this month on our nut,could you pick up some extra money? nah-but i have an idea-let's go buy a NEW CAR!on credit.we'll mortgage
our future but everyone will think we're IT.the bomb.the cats' arse so to speak.
