This is a two pronged attack: 1. Egan's doing his thing because he's up for reelection and figures it's time to get the campaign started. 2.The water and sewer should be voted on at the annual, but maybe the feeling is the less tms show up the better chance of slipping the warrant through. Both of these warrants belong on the May TM. I'll be voting no. Move them to the spring.
