They neglected to say that it took up to ten minutes to ring the bell wait for the customer and go down into the celler. Now you can read a meter in one second. They are going to do the rate payers a favor by giving them twelve bills a year instead of four. Many residents have requested monthly billing,what a joke. This is a bad idea.

Let's go back to the good old days and pay three men to lean on a shovel.
