Meter Reading

I have moved two times in the past year
and have had two final readings. I was told at the Noah Torry School open house today that the meter reader did the final reading. This was not the truth, both final readings were done by the meter repair man. The post office sends out someone to check the routes and this is what we need.

Tom, tell us how many people want monthly billing ?? What is wrong with an estimated bill like the gas company if he falls behind ?? Heven forbid if he has to work eight hours a day.
