Comcast 24 x 7 true but the odds of getting someone who is not reading off a ''script'' and truely understands ''computers'' is about 10000000 to 1..
Ill take the BELD crowd anyday....

Agree with Bill
I have dealt with BELD, Comcast and a number of other ISP providers. BELD is professional and responsive to their customers. Many of the rest offer spotty help line support.
I do use yahoo for email because I found it easier to access when I travel.

Beld vs Bombast
You may believe Comcast is there 24/7/365, but you can bet they wouldn't sent someone out in the snow last Sunday to repair/replace a bad line like Beld did. My sister called the helpline to check on broadband outages in her neighborhood, and within an hour and half, a Beld lineman was at the house diagnosing and repairing the problem... and also managed to repair a long standing issue with some of her cable TV channels.

spammers flooded AOL and Yahoo with
milions of spams.
Blame the spammers who work out of
xxx country where they are out
of the reach of the United States
authorities.
