not all agree with DMM lynch mob
not everyone agrees with your
Sacco and Vanzetti smear campaign.
so what did you or anyone expect when you began the thread? trying to manipulate public perception.
Just like a politician.
you have missed your calling.we need
devious clever duplicitous characters
like you running for elected office.
just remember to have your muck raker
garbologist and character assassin on speed dial
hello 'townie home owner'

this is figment using a hybrid of the anonymous genre. by your standards i am one of those guilty of employee bashing; but, i hold you have misinterpreted the intent of my messages, and maybe those of others. Any issue concerning our town will affect our employees simply because they comprise the nucleus of our governmental body. from our selectmen to our seasonal/part-time staff, they are our government. when i espouse that certain depts. should be merged, that the fire dept. should be restructured, we need one mayor or manager to lead, that step raises should be considered part of an employee's yearly increase, i would hope that you, and others, would rise above the short sighted mentality that makes you personalize those statements. i would hope that you would receive them in the manner they were intended, that for our town to survive and flourish, it must reevaluate and restructure. The employees are working within a set structure, they are not the impetus, albeit they would be the recipients. the actual catalyst for change is an outmoded structure. corporations are remolding and reformulating themselves constantly to survive in a changing world, those that do not meet change with change meet their demise. our town is no different. we cannot continue to govern with past practices/structure and expect that we will achieve and survive. we must reinvent, restructure, because the times demand that we do. my swan song used to be that we needed to unite for the common good, but since that 'aint' about to happen, my new war cry is that we need one leader to unite our myriad of splintered, factioned, and disjointed parts.
anyway, at least i get enjoyment from some of your posts. they run the gambit from the brilliant, but bizarre, mind of Hannibal lectern to the whimsical, poetic aplomb of Dr. souse(Sp.?). but no matter how innovative and entertaining you are, no matter what hat you choose to wear, your posts will fail the litmus test if you too refuse to remain constructive. we all can be benefactors of another mind-bent if we open ourselves to hear the logic and refuse to be swayed by emotion.
now i expect you to have fun with this 'townie', just keep in mind that we may be long, lost, friends.
