that leads me to believe that isn't true.just wondering if law and/or general bidding practices are more of a consideration than years of diligent
service to the town by a decent vendor.

with colonials history in town, the bidding process was just red tape, it should of, like in the past been a given, sloppy paper work opened the door for D&B'S connection in town to work there magic, gotta watch out for department commisioners and selectmans personal agendas it'll make ya sick.
