Vote Noer is just like McAuliffe. He says things like I won't vote for an override or debt exclusion becasue I thin kthere is money available to resolve the issues. The problem is that there is no substance behind the words. No trash Fee Darren did nothing to rescind this ridiculous fee for the past two years. Why not?

Now, we still pay a trash fee and get nothing more. The debt exclusion addresses important capital improvements in a responsible way.

Sure, we can change to a needs based budget process (zero based budgeting) but I think that the result will be the same. Unless we lay people off and reduce the size of our payroll, there won't be any money around. Tell me Noer & McAuliffe....where do we begin to cut the 1.5 million a year?
