Matthew Sisk is like the groundhog who only sticks his head out of his hole when it is election time and a tax increase is on the ballot. It is getting to be incredibly boring. Where is he the rest of the year? What brilliant ideas does he have to come up with the money the town needs that his budddy, Romney, cut from all the towns several years ago? He is Braintree at it's worst. Hot air...
