Jerry you are nothing but a bomb tossing lying piece of crap. Can you prove that Mr. Hubbard took money from the Plaza and a certain car dealer? I don't think so. If you can, show up at the police department or district attorneys office, identify yourself (you won't) and have him prosecuted. You are a waste of human flesh. Get a life.

Don't you know how to read - when cubbard ran he filed papers at Town Hall saying who gave money to his campaign. If you read those papers, you will see that a lawyer for the Plaza and a certain car dealer gave money to his campaign.
So, you need to get a clue AND a life!

If we all agree then lets find
a worthwhile replacement and fire him.
Think about if he is really against the home owners and in favor of business only, get rid of him!
We have the power, the resources and if committed, the will to heave him out.
Let the search begin nominate someone with the brains and convince them that it is their duty and promise our support if the follow our desires to control runaway school costs and the temptation of higher taxes. Lets throw the bum out!

A clue
First of all JM, since when is accepting a donation during a campaign getting big bucks from the plaza and a car dealership. They are limited in what they can give to the campaign chests of candidates. Have you checked the other officials as well? Maybe you should. Lay it out there for all to see. Don't you think your friends Darren and Chuck have taken (your words) more ''big bucks'' from businesses than anyone else. Rumor has it if you need something from them it only costs you a $25 donation to their campaign efforts. Let's expose all the donations from $25 and up and then go back and check out all the votes of the board. Now that's an idea and by the sounds of it, you have enough time to do it Jerry.
