Since I can?’t get Mr. Blair to return my calls, I'd like to have the Architectural Committee explain to me, with property survey in hand, how is it that my professionally built fence (First Fence of GA) is outside my property line. This fence was built following the measures detailed in the property survey that was given to us by Pulte when we bought this house, and we received approval from Mr. Blair before its construction started.
