I appreciate the work you have done on your house, but the rules are the rules to ensure that those who don't take as much pride as you do do not allow their properties to become eyesores. Knowing that others are held to the same high standards would be worth an extra permit fee to me. It is probably just to cover the processing of the permit and to ensure that the new fence does not differ from the old one.
Is there any way to park the RV differently to ensure that it complies with the behind the house rule? Any awnings etc that can be removed and stored in the garage to allow for more room?

Because I stated the exact place where the guidelines for parking are located, you say I don't know what I'm talking about. Maybe you believe that your neighbor is being singled out, but maybe it's because she ignores the city ordinances. I do not know who brings the violation issues to the City Police, but just maybe they are trying to be a good citizen and would like other residents to obey the laws and ordinances. If anyone is getting bent out of shape it appears to be you and your neighbor. |

Thats not what I meant, that you didnt know what you were talking about. Do you know some of the things that people have complained about her for the last 6 years?? I'm guessing no. Unless you're the one complaining? Its not just the R.V. This is a build up of 6 years of complaints. Some being things she was not aware of and she addressed those. But some have been insignificant silly complaints almost every other week. Anyone would be upset at that. She is a single working Mom, sometimes working 2 jobs and keeping her house up on her own and doing a good job of it. I am not stupid nor ignorant, I know the laws apply to every one, but yes she has had her share of too many complaints. |
