I sent a similar email to her.  Since I wasn't at the zoning meeting to get or hear facts, I am questioning the authority of the board in such matters.

yes it is questionable . so its important to begin to talk to our neighbors . we have to take back our neighboorhood. i think that there are many problems in the neighborhood that need attention.

My wife and i agree completely.   The Board of Hudson, developers and Resort Quest does not speak for us.   Why doesn't the Homeownwers Assoc. have a voice in this ?   Why are we only hearing about this by word of mouth, and a little article in the Cape Gazette ?  

We will be emailing Ms. Deaver and the Planning and Zoning Commission to tell them this.   This zoning must stay as Non-Commwercial !  

I was thinking maybe we could all meet this Saturday 3/27 on the lot they are trying to  re-zone and hold signs up to passing residents to get the word out that they want to putanother shopping center, possibly a CVS, fast food or gas station.

We need to get word out before the meeting on Tuesday 3/30 @130pm in Georgetown or this thing will pass and we will be stuck driving between two shopping centers to get to our homes.

I will be up there on Saturday with some sort of sign and something to pass out to anyone who inquires.
