Hypothetically, let's say I haven't paid the litigations fee. Could you please prove to me how you are able to put a lien on my property if I decide not to pay? Please be detailed.

Lien on my home

This is America and if I decide not to choose to sue someone that is my right as an American citizen. If you choose to put a lien on MY home I had better receive a supenoa to appear in court as it is MY right to defend my opinion and rights as a homeowner in this or any other subdivision. I consider this as harrasement and threats to get me to do something that I never had a chance to vote on or to have any input in the decision making. As for suing neighbors it goes against my religious beliefs as it says in the Bible to love thy neighbor. As for the ravine if it was kept up properly by all of the monies received thus far from all of us as homeowners, there would not be a need to sue someone for the shortcomings of the board of the homeowners association. It was explained that the ravine had to be kept up, which it was not. Had you, as the board with OUR money, would have put OUR money to use on that issue we would not have to be asked to throw away our money on frivilous lawsuits, and useless things that would have been taken care of in the first place.

If you feel a need to send a certified letter to get money to sue Jon Saye, then you should also send a certified letter for the announcement of the homeowners association meetings. That would help as it would help to make it clear as to where/location and address of where the meetings are held as well as having a vote on the time that would be convenient for ALL to attend the meetings.

There should also be a certified letter sent out monthly about where OUR money is being spent, as in a itemized statement of where all homeowners association fees are going. I have yet to see where all of this money is going and I feel it is my right to know this information.
For all we know this money is being pocketed.
