In reponse to your email that you are forwarding all of my web postings to your attorney, let it be known that these are not unpaid dues. These are ligiation fees that I do not agree with. I have a right not to participate in a lawsuit if I so choose. If I fund in anyway, shape or form, that makes me a participant. Let it also be known if you pursue a lien on my home, I will persue any and all avenues against all parties involved.

Everyone had a vote

I appreciate that you are busy, but I am also and my time is just as valuable as anyone elses. I have four children, a FULLTIME job and volunteer at the school. I took on this VOLUNTEER postion because I have a big investment in the neighborhood just like you. I don't have extra time to attend lenghty meetings either but do because their is improvements that need to be made and I want to be a part of that. I resent the accusations that the board is keeping monies are that we are being paid. Everyone on the board gives their valuable time and we all pay the assessments like everyone else. To answer your question we do not send out ballots, you must attend in person or you can vote by proxy. Some homeowners may want us to walk door to door, coming to one meeting to vote is very little to ask of you from you scheduale. All you were asked is to attend the ONE annual meeting earlier this year as this is the only meeting that has issues to vote upon. You did have your chance to vote. All of the monthly meetings are for the board members only as work sessions. Anyone is allowed and encouraged to attend the monthly meeting if they would like and it has always been posted on this website.
