I. Welcome and Self Introductions, Howard Post, Chairman

Call to Order 7:00 P.M.

II. Purpose of Meeting ?– To discuss the Zahler property and associated development issues

III. Guest Speakers
Nancy Kraushaar, City Engineer
Christina Robertson ?– Gardiner, Historic Review Board
Dan Drentlaw, Community Development Director

IV. The neighborhood association would like the following:

1. Review of existing code language as it applies to new development in an area with an overlay of a National Registered Historic District.
2. An overview of the process/procedures a developer or property owner must follow to develop new units in an area with an overlay of a National Registered Historic District.
3. What studies need to be done on the property i.e. has it been surveyed, engineering etc.
4. An update/status of the developers plans for the proposed tax lot.
5. The Canemah Neighborhood Association would like a copy of the original national register nomination.
